Prior to setting up Stratem Law, Julian spent 7 years in private practice and more recently spent 6 years working for Nortel Networks as Senior Employment Legal Counsel. Nortel is a leading multinational telecommunications company with over 30,000 employees globally and over 3,000 in the UK. At Nortel Julian advised on UK employment law issues, negotiated numerous outsourcing and M&A deals and had prime responsibility for coordinating employment advice throughout EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa). Prior to joining Nortel, Julian worked for top 100 London law firm Radcliffes, (now RacliffesLebrasseur). Julian is a member of the Employment Lawyer’s Association.
